A weekend afternoon at Plaza Volcán is what I needed. And as always Mr.R knows exactly where to take me, to Tinto Bar & Bistro, an afternoon of relaxation with a delicious sangria and a warm Fondue is what the doctor prescribed me after a busy week.
Hoy pedí el Fondue con Salchicha Polaca, al contrario del Fondue con Chorizo Copetin, la salchicha no viene mix con el queso, te la dan aparte. Acompañado con trocitos de pan. La Salchicha, el pancito y queso derretido son un pedacito de cielo en tu boca. Precio $20
Today I ordered the Fondue with Polish Sausage, (I´ts that what it’s really called? Polish? not sure but we can call it that) unlike the Fondue with Chorizo Copetin, the sausage is not mix with the cheese, they give it separately with small pieces of bread. The sausage, the bread and melted cheese are bites of heaven in your mouth. Price $ 20
Y por supuesto que soy la fan #1 de la Sangría de Tinto y no podía faltar acompañar este rico fondue con una jarra. Precio $12
And of course I am the # 1 fan of the Sangría at Tinto and I could not have a big jar of this Sangria with this delicious fondue. Price $ 12
El ambiente de Tinto siempre es relajante, amigable, super agradable y el clima le da el toque perfecto a esta tarde relax.
